Our home had experienced squeaks / creaks for the past several years. We had hired a company that charged us a few thousand dollars with no improvement noted. We then searched for a new company and identified Mid Center Beam owned by Bob Russo. Bob expediently came to our home, assessed the situation and explained what he could do to help. Day one the employees arrived and stayed busy working in the crawl space, in tight and hot conditions. The supervisor, Brian, kept us informed as the work progressed explaining step by step the actions they were taking as the job progressed. The work site was maintained orderly and clean which was appreciated. At completion of the work, there is a significant improvement! At completion of the work, Bob assure us that if we experienced issues to simply let him know and he will assure they get addressed. We highly recommend Bob's company to the point that we have offered to serve as a reference for a job well done!

IN AUGUST OF THIS YEAR, I DECIDED TO SELL MY HOME. UPON A HOME INSPECTION, IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I HAD TERMITE DAMAGE. AFTER THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY CAME I WAS STILL LEFT WITH THE DAMAGE THAT THE TERMITES HAD CAUSED. LUCKILY, THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY RECOMMENDED BOB. AS A WIDOW I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE CRAWLSPACE OF MY HOME SO I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BUT AFTER SPEAKING TO BOB I KNEW I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE EVENING TAKING PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER SINCE I COULDN'T CRAWL UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE. HE CAME OUT AND AFTER LOOKING AT THE DAMAGE HIMSELF HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME EXACTLY HOW THEY WOULD DO EVERYTHING SHOWING ME PICTURES OF HOW IT WOULD BE DONE AND MAKING SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING BEFORE EVER SIGNING A CONTRACT. WHAT IMPRESSED ME THE MOST WAS THAT AS THE OWNER HE DIDN'T JUST SEND PEOPLE OUT TO DO THE JOB, HE WAS ALSO HERE EVERYDAY WHETHER HE WAS BRINGING SUPPLIES, OVERSEEING THE WORK OR ACTUALLY CRAWLING UNDER THE HOUSE AND HELPING HIS WORKERS. HE WAS VERY HANDS ON AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE AS HE HAD PROMISED. I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOME WHILE THE WORK WAS DONE BUT I DIDN'T. I WAS NOT INCONVENIENCED IN ANY WAY AND THE WHOLE THING TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK TO COMPLETE. HE EVEN DID SOME EXTRA STUFF AT NO CHARGE. I WANTED TO WRITE THIS TO LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW THAT THIS IS A COMPANY THAT CAN BE TRUSTED TO DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. MS. ELLA JOHNSON​

This was the 2nd time I had used this company and as always they did a great job. Very polite, professional, and always kept the worksite clean. I would definitely use them again.

 First of all my house is quite old and I noticed a dip in my living room floor. I called a company and after inspection they told me I needed repair to my beam and floor joists. They never mentioned piers of footings. Immediately I noticed the dip was getting worse. A friend recommended I call Mid Center Beam. Bob explained to me that our footings and piers were the problem. They fixed the problem and also raised my floor to repair the dip. I called the first company to see if they would come back and do the footings and piers before I hired Bob since I had already paid them a substantial amount of money and my problem wasn't fixed but they said they don't do footings and piers. Just do your research before hiring a contractor. I would highly recommend Bob. He is very knowledgeable. Ms. Barton

​First our doors were not closing like they should, after a while we noticed a sagging in the floor so we called Mid Center Beam. When they came out, they inspected under our house and found out we had termite damage. The termites had hollowed out the wood that was supporting our floor. We were devastated but after we took care of the termite problem, Bob and his guys were right there to fix the damage. They did a great job. Now our floor is level again and our doors no longer get stuck. They are a company that you can really trust. John R
